Madam,
The CHQ has proposed dharna programme on 04-07-08 at Circle levels demanding immediate settlement of the following issues.
1. Simultaneous implementation GDS Committee along with the 6th CPC recommendation.
2. Expedite regualisation and grant of Pension and all other benefit to Gramin Dak Sevaks.
3. Grant of trade union facilities,
The Circle Secretaries will submit Memorandums through their Circle administration after holding the Dharna on 4-7-08
