NFPE and AIPEU-GDS (NFPE) again came on the screen with Flash Flash Legal Drama to save their Face and Looting Laks and Laks of Money from Innocent Poor Gramin Dak Sevaks.

Whenever somebody Files a case generally the case comes up for hearing one day or other day. NFPE shamelessly propagated that it is the achievement of NFPE. What a fall!

NFPE case was sent back to High Court from Supreme Court. The Case filed by GDS in Supreme Court took into consideration and started legal proceedings.

The great great leaders impleaded the GDS case to cheat the GDS and loot the money. AIGDSU warns all GDS Fraternity to understand the drama of NFPE & AIPEU-GDS (NFPE). It is not new experience to us.

In the last December when we took a decision to go on Indefinite Strike NFPE filed a case in the court and made false propaganda that the Supreme Court directed the Department for regularization of GDS.

In this December AIGDSU is going to take serious trade union action for the cause of GDS, NFPE and AIPEU-GDS (NFPE) has filed another petition impleading GDS case. The impotent leaders requested the court for implementation of 1977 Supreme Court Judgement after 37 years. NFPE previously filed cases for same request and got same reply from Supreme Court. But the present leadership made false propaganda that they filed case first time in the Supreme Court. 

The great great leaders has been looting the money from GDS and cheating them for last 50 years. AIGDSU Stands for GDS and present leadership of NFPE stands for looting money from GDS.   

Impotency of Present NFPE Leadership

But the impotent present leadership has declared indefinite strike in the month of May-2015 demanding inclusion of GDS under 7^th CPC after 16 months from the appointment of 7^th CPC. It is clear that the present NFPE leadership focused their total strength on 2015 Membership verification which is going to take place in 2015 and not to settle the demands of GDS AIGDSU strongly believes that there is no way except struggles to achieve the justified demands of GDS.

If the present NFPE leadership had any genuiness they would have declared the strike after the rejection of inclusion demand of GDS by the Ministry of Finance and the department of Expenditure.

Everybody knows that the Government of India appointed 7^th CPC in the month of Feb, 2014.

Liers always propagate lies and rumours.

The Shameless, Fallen, Impotent leadership of present NFPE. Made false propaganda on technical terms in the agreement. But AIGDSU Fight for appointment of JUDICIRY COMMITTEE at any cost.

The Department of Posts has got fear to honour the respectable agreement because it experienced the Justice Charanjit Singh Talwar Committee recommendations.

The respectable agreement has gone into the desk of Secretary Department of Posts where present leadership of NFPE is doing watch dog duty to stop the agreement coming out.

AIGDSU is going to launch another indefinite strike for Judiciary Committee whereas NFPE does not know the difference between Judiciary committee and officers committee. Get ready for another indefinite strike.  

While AIGDSU are ready to fight for Judiciary committee with retired Supreme Court or High Court judge as Chairman, NFPE is supporting the Department with hidden agenda for officer committee shamelessly from the beginning.

The best joke of the 2014 is that NFPE declared indefinite strike in the month of May 2015 after 16 months from the month of appointment of 7^th CPC for inclusion of GDS under 7^th CPC. It is known fact that the Govt. of India denied for inclusion of GDS under 7^th CPC in the month of November 2014. But NFPE is going to take action after 6 months of the decision of the Government. What a cheat!

Do you know where these fighters will be for next six months? The leaders of NFPE are in hibernation due to winter for six months. We think that they may wake in the month of May when summer comes for prey and start hunting. Poor GDS are becoming prey for these leaders. Don’t believe the leaders coming with crocodile tears. Be alert and be cautious. 

We would like to remember that this coward, fallen and worthless leaders issued notice for indefinite strike four times between 2000 and 2014, and run away four times from the battle field cheating the postal employees in general and GDS employees in particular. The proposed 6^th May 2015 indefinite strike is also mere drama. History proves that nobody except AIGDSU has guts to go on indefinite strike in the Department of posts.
