NOTICE
Notice,
under article 25 of the constitution of A.I.G.D.S.U. is hereby given that a
meeting of the Central Working Committee of this union will be held at 17th Sept, 2016 at. Sri
Uddaneshwara Samudaya Bhavana, Sri Siddaganga math, Kyathasandra, Tumakuru Dn.
Karnataka State - 572104 (Near Bangalore). The meeting will start at 16.00
hours 16th Sept, 2016.
All
members of the Central Working Committee are requested to attend the meeting in
time.
The following shall be the
agenda for the meeting of the Central Working Committee.
A GE N D A:
(1) Preparation
and finalisation of the bi-ennial report to be placed before A.I.C.
(2) Preparation
and finalisation of the audited accounts to be placed before A.I.C.
(3) Preparation
and finalisation of Budget estimates for the next session (2016-2017) to be
placed before A.I.C. for approval.
(4) Finalisation
of resolutions on problems and other matters to be placed before A.I.C.
(5) Any
other matter with the permission of the Chair.
